Vehicle Description
The Night Runner edition consisted of only 200 units produced in the single cab, painted in Brilliant Black exterior paint and came with Dark Nickel Pearl finish 22 inch wheels, black chrome grill inserts, unique Night Runner badges, a black center stack and center console bezel overlay. A serialized Night Runner dash plaque was placed on the center console. The Night Runner special edition was only available as a 2006 model. The SRT-10 truck was only produced from 2004-2006, this being not only the last year but the least produced, as only 872 were made for the final run. The 2006 models received a minor facelift from the previous two years.

Dodge dominates in every category.
Dodge engineers stuffing the Viper’s 8.3-liter, OHV, aluminum V-10 under the Ram’s hood required numerous detail changes, including a revised intake system, oil pan, mounts, and cooling revisions. The only transmission offered is the same Tremec T56 six-speed manual used in the Viper.
In the cockpit, you’ll find comfortable black leather buckets with “SRT-10” logos stitched across the backrests. Behind the wheel is a full display of large and easy-to-read, silver-faced gauges including a 160-mph speedo and a 7000-rpm tach along with a pillar mounted oil pressure gauge.
The SRT-10 spent some time in the company’s wind tunnel and learned a few lessons from Dodge’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck program, too. Up front, a deep front splitter reduces lift. Out back, a rear wing reduces drag and adds up to 165 pounds of downforce at track speeds. When you need the bed, you can easily remove the wing and stow it on top of the bedrails. Colors only came in black, red, or silver and very limited editions such as this Night Runner example
