Vehicle Description

The Corniche draws its name from the French and Italian term for a coastal road, most notably the Grande Corniche along the French Riviera above the principality of Monaco. Available from 1989 to 1992, the most desirable third-generation Rolls-Royce Corniche III Convertible was hand built by Mulliner Park Ward's craftsmen in London.  Construction took a  minimum of four months at a cost of over $220,000 and it was the company's flagship vehicle, also one of the most expensive automobiles in the world. This vehicle, finished in elegant Bordeaux with hand-stitched beige Connolly leather is in exceptional condition and has traveled only 35,823 actual miles since new. This two-owner example has been properly serviced and needs nothing but a new keeper. This is truly one of the finest automobiles to ever grace the road with attention to detail second to none. These are among the last of the truly hand-crafted Rolls-Royce models before being acquired by BMW and being turned into ordinary mass produced automobiles.
